By accessing or using www.scorelith.com, its Subdomains, Mobile Applications, APIs, RSS Feeds, Newsletters or any other Products or Services operated by Scorelith (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and any other Guidelines or Policies incorporated herein by reference.

4. LIVE SPORTS DATA AND API DISCLAIMER

4.2 Accuracy and Delays: Live data may be subject to transmission delays, technical errors, or inaccuracies. Delays of up to several minutes may occur.
4.3 No Liability for Data Errors: Scorelith expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered as a result of inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable sports data.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Ownership
All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, video, etc.) is the exclusive property of Scorelith or its licensors.
5.2 Limited License to Users
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use only. Scraping, data mining, or commercial use is prohibited.
5.4 User-Generated Content
By submitting content, you grant Scorelith a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.
6. INTERMEDIARY STATUS (IT RULES 2021)
6.1 Intermediary Status: Scorelith operates as an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000 and IT Rules 2021.
6.2 No Editorial Control: Scorelith does not exercise editorial control over user-generated content.
6.3 Takedown and Compliance: Upon valid complaint, we will acknowledge within 24 hours and take action within 72 hours.
6.5 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for content they post.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Third-party advertisements may appear. Sponsored content will be clearly labeled. Commercial relationships do not influence editorial content.
11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PREMIUM SERVICES
11.2 Billing: Fees charged in advance, recurring. Automatic renewal.
11.3 Payment Gateway: Processed by third‑party gateways; Scorelith does not store card details.
11.6 Cancellation: Cancel anytime via account settings; no refunds for unused portions.
11.8 Refunds: Only where required by consumer protection law or duplicate charges.
12. GEO-RESTRICTIONS
Some content may be unavailable in certain regions due to licensing. You are responsible for local laws. VPN use to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in account termination.
13. PLATFORM DISCONTINUATION
Scorelith reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the Platform at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and data export where feasible.

18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Scorelith from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, use of the Platform, or user content.
19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: Laws of India.
Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat in Kolkata.
Class Action Waiver: Individual proceedings only.
20. DMCA COMPLIANCE

21. ACCESSIBILITY

22. MINORS AND CHILD SAFETY
